1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Frama Foods, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Orders & Confirmations

All orders are subject to acceptance by Frama Foods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your order.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is not collected online — a Frama Foods representative will contact you to arrange payment by phone or in person before your order is fulfilled.

4. Delivery & Pickup

• Pickup: Pick up orders during business hours at our location.
• Local Delivery: Delivery fees apply based on your address.
• Shipping: Shipped via courier. Shipping costs will be confirmed when we contact you to arrange payment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Allergen Warning

Our products may contain or come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, and gluten. If you have severe allergies, call us at (905) 677-7575 before ordering online.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be arranged by phone or in person within 5-7 business days.
• No returns accepted on food products after delivery or pickup.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of order fulfillment.
• Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery may not be refunded.

7. Limitation of Liability

Frama Foods is not liable for:

• Illness or allergic reactions from consuming our products
• Delivery delays or failures due to external factors
• Lost or damaged shipments
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is a refund of the purchase price.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Submit false or fraudulent information
• Harass or abuse our staff
• Attempt unauthorized access to website systems

9. Modifications to Terms

Frama Foods may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
